Kind of sad I got here late, time's been flying fast as of late, but I'm very glad it's here! Newgrounds still holds a very special place to me, despite not having been nearly as active as I hoped, if at all, it's where I and probably most of us grew up. Happy holidays!

As someone who never took his anxiety seriously, thinking it would probably be nothing, this hit pretty hard. Apart from making a few wrong choices and my "fear of being harmed" keeping me far from alcohol and drugs in real life, a lot of the dialogue was very relatable and helpful.

The controls were really hard to get into. In the tutorial I just kept throwing shuvs to slowly get the meter up, but checking "show me how" halfway annoyingly reset the meter, but eventually I managed to pop higher and actually land a kickflip. As I got the hang of it, flipping the thing around was fun, although it behaves strange on vert, where it flips in another direction, probably to auto catch it. Grinds are really clunky, since the rails act like magnets that suck you into it from a meter away to do something between a boardslide and a noseslide, but it's awesome that there's stalls and darkslides too. I've even managed to do a few primos, but at one point my board just kept respawning upside down so I had to end the session. It's really cool there's a board editor where you can even customise your griptape and share it, so I got pretty close to my own deck. the only real problem is movement, where I most of the time have to stand still to turn the board, and stall a lot when trying to gain speed, but that all probably has to do with the game being designed for mobile devices. It shows a lot of potential!

Happy 2020 now. We've really gotten a long way...

It's one very familiar riff being repeated with some SFX in between, I'm not sure what else to say.

Awesome work! I totally love the dark spooky ambience to it. The only remarks I would have are that it could use more depth, meaning louder deeper bass and piercing gritty leads which would suite the theme. It also seems just a little monotonous still, but maybe a break or something could help that. Voting high since it needs a way higher average score.

I am working on a Liquid DnB track right now, will post it soon ;) will definitely use the feedback in the liquid track .

Dude who pretty much grew up on Newgrounds but finally actually made an account in 2018. Been a punk artist for a while but with my interest in video game music I've been experimenting with chiptune, classical, ambient and all that stuff.
